Surrounded by summer, I am enwrapped in a gossamer veil of salt-infused breezes, light, pleasant aromas, and peaceful, bucolic settings. I am comforted while freed, nature enveloping me warmly while igniting my spirit.
A crab wriggles into the sand, a minnow caresses the side of my leg with its smooth scales, and a graceful jellyfish nonchalantly bobs along gentle waves.
Large grains of salt contentedly cling onto my skin, rapidly forming layers as I run along the beach and through pools of water abandoned by the receding tide.
Seagulls squawk and rolling waves splash into the shore. The wind weaves into my hair, allowing each strand to float above my shoulders, weightlessly dancing in my trail.
The scent of pine trees, impenetrable walls of flowers, and fresh, coastal air prance through the air toward me, cocooning me in a transparent, nurturing blanket. Nature surrounds me, covers me, holds me in its embrace.
Peace permeates my heart, and my eyes see only through a kaleidoscope of colors. I am enlivened and imbued with a love of life and nature.
I am unburdened by unnecessary, trivial clutter. Life is simple and pure. The encasement of my soul is unlatched. My mind is tranquil, and my soul, springing free, is liberated.
